You need to call the ABC store where the order was placed.
Do I have to order online or can I just go to the store and pick out my products?
You must order online. You will not be able to just go into the store and place an order.
I don't want the new system - can I still use the old one?
Once a store goes live in SANA (new system), that store disappears from the old system after one week. You have one week to make the transition to the new system. Moving to the new ordering system is required.
I have not used the online ordering at all. How do I get set up to use the new system?
Licensees wishing to use the new online system should submit their request for an account through the following link:

Can I pay online when I place my order?
Paying online is currently not available. Product must be picked up and paid for at the store.
How do I change the e-mail associated with my account?

What do I do when I get an error while trying to log in?
Common error(s) when trying to log in:
The username or password you entered does not match what is in the system.
First, check to be certain "Caps Lock" is not turned on and re-enter your password.
If you still get an error the second time, under the Password field click the “Forgot Password" link.
If you do not receive an email with your login information, be sure to check your junk or spam folders. If you still do not see the email, please contact 1-800-518-2571 for further assistance.
What if I order for more than one business (I have multiple businesses)?
You will be created an account (one account) that will allow you to order for more than one business.
How do I select -or- change the store I want to shop?
Click on the account icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
Click on 'Change Store'
Click on 'Select' next to the store you want to shop at?
I'm signed in but unable to add items to the cart.
For Third-Party Ordering:
Make sure the account icon() in the right hand corner of the browser is blue. If it is red,
click here to choose a licensee to represent, or mouse over the icon and click "Represent Customer".
I order for multiple businesses - why can't I add product to my cart?
You must be representing a customer in order to add products to the shopping cart.
Click on the account icon in the upper right corner of the webstore.
Click on 'Represent Customer'
Click the 'Select' button for the business you want to order for.
How do I search for products?
Utilize the quick search in the top right hand area of the screen to search for product by item code (Example: A000149) or by description (Example: Jack Daniels, Evan Williams, Titos, etc.).

Item codes are not working, not being recognized?
Item codes are one alphanumeric character followed by six digits. Example: A000302

If I want to reorder what I ordered last time, what do I do?
Click on the account icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
Click on 'My Account'
Click on 'My Orders' - on the left side menu - and select the desired order.
Click 'View Details' for the selected order.
Click 'Reorder'
The product I need is never in inventory at my store?
- speak with the store manager about the lack of inventory
