ABC-7-53-.02   Wholesale Refunds.

Orders should be verified by the customer prior to purchase.

All wholesales sales are final with the exception of:

(1) Errors made by the agency employee
(2) Errors made by the vendor/company (not ABC), such as, but not limited to, mispacks, mislabeled cases.
       These errors must be reported within three (3) days for correction.
Any wholesales breakage should also be reported as soon as possible to the store of purchase, within 2 to 3 business days of purchase.
